Inspired by decades of chasing the perfect Buffalo wing, Terry was born from a passion for bold, authentic flavour. What began over 40 years ago with family trips to Buffalo, New York, turned into a lifelong mission to recreate the unforgettable taste of true Buffalo-style hot sauce. After years of experimenting and refining ingredients, a signature recipe was developed that captures the rich, balanced heat that wing lovers crave.

In 2016, the opportunity to share that recipe came when a local restaurant began serving the sauce and customers quickly fell in love. With growing demand and encouragement from the community, the decision was made to begin producing the sauces for the public.

Today, Terry proudly supplies restaurants, retailers, and markets throughout Barrie and surrounding areas. Each batch is crafted with care and a commitment to flavour, bringing a taste of Buffalo tradition to kitchens across Ontario.
