Like many, I discovered a love for baking during the pandemic lockdown. My journey began when my mother sent me a bread baking book, sparking a deep fascination with transforming simple ingredients into something truly delicious. The magic of mixing, kneading, and baking quickly became an obsession.

A few months into this newfound hobby, I began dreaming of starting my own baking business. After parting ways with my medical sales career, I decided to take the leap and turn that dream into reality. To this day, it amazes me that others enjoy the treats I create, and I treasure the connections I have formed with those who support my passion.
